This episode was a first for naruto shippuden they seem to have changed the way they make their background. Such as the charachters are now more detailed and the background is kind of faded I don't really like the change but the episode was still very good.
In this episode Kakashi's team fights against kakuzu and hidan, and kakazu shows his special abbility. He is able to take the souls of the ones he has killed and turn them into a living manifestation in his body that works as a heart and a monster. Well he had 4 of these "things" but one was killed by kakashi's raikiri ability. So they battle against the 3 monsters and the two akatsuki members. Shikimaru uses his shadow possesion jitsu to lure hidan away from his partner but things seem to turn bad when hidan starts his ritual with some blood he obtained from shikimaru. In this ritual he can control the body ofwhoevers blood he has in him, he is also imortal so he strikes himself with a fatal move and it effects them instead.
